I know Dad would appreicate this story and it is a shame he could not vist his Mothers resting place with me.

Following Mums passing our regular visits to see her were so important to him, I am sure depsite the sadness of his childhood he would have wanted to vist her place of rest.

Unfortuanetly my research only discovered it after his passing.

His mother and our grandmother is resting at Hanwell Cenetary in west London. She is not in a marked grave but a communcal area, In the photo of the tall tree you can see the hill for the area.

The flowers laid at a recent visit is near to other graves at a similar time in the 1930s.

I know he will be pleased that she has not been forgotten despite a sad and tragic past.
